Just a quick question how do I find out what firmware I am running? I downloaded the update along with the software but haven't got around to looking into it. Is it easy to update?

Press the tools icon (at top centre) for a few seconds then click the Info tab.

Yes, unzip and run the firmware updater program. Make sure the remote is connected to the computer before starting. If you are updating the firmware in the RF Extenders, DON'T unzip the file you download from Philips. Simply reference that zip from the RF Extender Web Page viewed when updating the Extender.
