Is there anyway of merging multipul different devices together to make a new device?

For example if you want to take codes from one code set and add them to another and then rename these 2 merged as one device..

this is because i can not find away to copy and paste codes from one device into another..

Briefly, a possible way to do this in PEP 1 is to first create a dummy project with a single Device and Page, then add buttons for all the functions you need. (Appearance is unimportant but label them with a single line of plain text instead of icons as these labels will become the function names later in My Database). Assign functions to the buttons from as many different codesets as you might need from My Database. If you have hex codes for new functions these can be pasted in as required, or even IR codes can be learnt.

Once all your new functions are complete and tested to work, then simply right click the Device in the system tree and select Save to My Database. The new merged device will be created in My Database ready for use.

Thanks,

I was hoping to find away of doing it in PEP2, but a good workaround :)
