I live in London, UK. I cannot find any online retailers selling the 9600, and nothing on Ebay either.

Anyone have any ideas?

The TSU9600 Pronto Professional is regarded by Philips as a custom installation product rather than an item of retail consumer electronics, so it tends to be sold by AV dealers as a part of bigger integration projects. However many of these dealers are also able to supply equipment on its own.

To find such a dealer try contacting the UK distributor, RGB Communications Ltd, or take a look at [Link: rgbcomms.co.uk]

Anyone know of a place online to get the 9600? The site above is in the UK.

Donatelloa,

There's a thread (currently on the first page of this forum) pretty much asking the exact same question. For future reference, it will help people searching later if you can post questions to an already-existent thread rather than having many threads on exactly the same topic...

The post was done b/c I felt the other thread was related to buying the product in the UK. I did not want to hijack the thread. I feel that is rude. like other things :-)

Besides that --I talked with Dave today at Remote Quest and HE WAS AWESOME. High marks from all sides. He talked with me for about 30 minutes and stated that I could call him at any time if I had any trouble setting the remote up. Great guy and also a Great price..

Never met Dave F2F but have spoken with him numerous times on the phone over the last few years. I second your opinion.
