was given these by a friend that does RTI programming, they both work fine for the BD30.

I have all of the codes for the BD30. and theyprobably are the same for the BD50. I do not learn these codes. I generate them from an engineering (english language) description of the Protocol usng a fully automated process that generates perfect codes (noise free) every time. I am out of town until Saturday, drop me an email and I will send you a copy of the codes in Pronto HEX format.

I generate all the IR codes I use in the above manner. I have tools to reverse engineeer the codes from "learned" samples, and then to generate all possible patterns (codes) according to the information gathered. There are versions of the code generator floating around, the analysis program is proprietary.

I will reverse engineer samples sent to me and develop all possible codes as my time permits. Some codes are very strange, all others fall into 5-6 protocols. My email address is in my profile.

I have included a full BD30 device code set (as an example) inside the archive containing the PDBTools device import/export toolset:

[Link: netefb.com]

You can import (or export) all the device codes for any device (factory or user) with a single command!

No more cut-and-paste...

Thanks very much mattDC5R. Just tested and these work fine with a Panasonic DP-UB820 too (tried from a URC MX-890).
