Has anyone else had problems installing the rack ears on the RFX9600? The screws supplied with the unit (short, black hex screws) don't look like the screws pictured in the manual (longer, steel screws). Also, it doesn't look like the holes on the box are threaded... Before I go to the Home Despot searching for a screw that fits, has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?
