I am building a new home and would like to share my DVD collection between 2 rooms (Great Room and Master BR) and my CD collection amoung several others. Would this be possible using the TSU9600 and the extender (I think it the RX9600) coupled with the Escient DVDM-300? I am trying to keep all equipment in one closet. This would consist of a Yamaha RX-V2092, Sony DVP-CX985V Changer and of course the cable boxes and above equipment. Any insight would be appreciated.

That is pretty much what they were demonstrating at Cedia. You may need a component distrobution amp or similar...

Are you talking about the Escient MP200 or would you use something else? I'm starting from scratch so any suggestions would help. Finally, what wiring would you run from the different rooms to the wiring closet? If it weren't already obvious, I am a novice.

Like I said in another thread. Full blown training is on the 24th for me. They are showing the Escients and the 9600. So I should be able to give you specifics on that then.

They keep moving the date.. from the 18th to the 24th to the 25th now.
