Has anyone noticed that macro sequences are executed at twice the speed they are designed? Fortunately, most are still executable by the gear but my DVD changer can only keep up half the time. Also, any sound I try to play on a button press plays a two times speed. Just for fun I put the THX wav behind a watch DVD macro and it's comical how fast it plays. I've been watching for the software and firmware upgrades but none of them have cured either issue for me. Are there some limitations I am not aware of? Is there a maximum .wav file size? also, the macros are imported from a .pcf file. Could that be the key?

Is the sample rate of your .wav file OK? This can effect make it appear to play slow/fast if it's wrong on some device.

I have no idea on the sample rate. I'm using THX sound that is 15 seconds in length and it is over in about 3 seconds. I've tried other wav files from my laptop as well. Some do not play at all and others that are just beeps and bongs about 1 second long seem fine. It won't play anything with a human voice in it no matter what the length. As far as the macros, I've created new ones with the same results. A 4 second macro is executed in close to 2 seconds. Even the IR code seems to be sent more quickly as evidenced by the flash rate on my IR recievers status LED. The Satellite reciever still responds correctly to channel macros but my DVD changer has a little trouble keeping up

What do you mean "A 4 second macro is executed in close to 2 seconds"? What makes it a "4 second macro"? You have delays built-in that add up to four seconds? Or it used to take four seconds on a different remote?
