I just purchased a TSU 9600 from Remote Central member Sound.SD. The service was excellent. Placed my order, got same day shipment and received my remote the very next day (expected a 2 day delivery based on shipping I paid for, got the remote in less than 24 hours), all at a very good price, certainly less than list. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sound.SD (Corey).

Just for the record, we am selling the 9600 and all of the accessories at list price but we offer a warranty replacement product, if needed. We also include "The Ultimate Pronto Guide" for free, which is not quite there with all of the esoteric elements of the new tsu9600 but will certainly get you past the basics of programming and designing your config.
We will also gladly assist our clients with programming questions and design questions, free-of-charge. In addition, if you would like to have us custom design your TSU9600, we can do that as well. We have programmed hundreds of Prontos and can bring this experience to the tsu9600.
No, we are not the cheapest guy out there but we like to believe we are the best partner to have when you need assistance, service, conversation, "how-to-do-questions", etc.
Beware, some dealers have been recently de-authorized by selling on the internet, at a given price. The distributor does not allow this and is watching out for those who break these rules. For such a pricey product, you do want long-term support, replacement policy and the comfort of asking programming questions from the "Pronto Wizard". For your comfort, for $139 we offer two additional years of extended warranty on the Pronto TSU9600, with three-years of screen breakage coverage, from day 0, if you purchase at the time of sale.
We would like to be your partner in putting the TSU9600 into service.

I've been voyering around on this site for a few years now. ... thought it was time to start sharing. After reading about Arthur Potts positive experience with forum member SOUND.SD -(above) - I went ahead and ordered a TSU9600 from him too. It arrived tonight in perfect condition. Corey gave me a good deal. I'll probably order the RFX9600 from him as well.

I also received great service from Corey (SOUND.SD). He really went out of his way to make sure it shipped overnight so I could have it last Friday. Highly recommended.
