My fiance purchased the RC9800i for xmas and she thought that it was the latest one. As you all know, unfortunately, 7500 pcf files may not be loaded so I really wanted the 9600. Does anyone know where to get/purchase these? I have looked all over this forum and places like highdeflifestyles.com do not list this product.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Pete

I purchased my TSU9600 and RFX9600 from Dave at Remotequest.com. Great service and support.

Ti-Maniac,

Althought you may get an TSU9600, any graphics you currently have in your 7500 config will be useless. Plan on redoing your entire graphics setup as the screen resolution is 640x480 and not the 320x240 resolution of the 3500/7500.

When you import a PCF, it is imported 53 or so pixels down from the top and placed on the left-hand side of the screen. About the only way to access any imported PCF buttons is with the stylus.

I purchased a TSU 9600 from Remote Central member Sound.SD, as have a number of other members at Remote Central. The service was excellent. Placed my order, got same day shipment and received my remote the very next day (expected a 2 day delivery based on shipping I paid for, got the remote in less than 24 hours), all at a very good price, certainly less than list. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sound.SD (Corey).
