I have a sony RM-AX4000 remote that I use to control my home theater, Denon equipment, JBL speakers, Panasonic projector with a 13 foot screen, room is 600ft2. I have been given a PS3 game system with B/Ray player and I have the remote, problem is my Sony RM-AX4000 will not learn the remote. Is there a solution so I can use my RM to control my PS3 along with everything else?

You will need a PS3 IR adapter. The PS3 remote uses Bluetooth, not IR.

You can find reviews of different PS3 BT/IR adapters here: [Link: remotecentral.com]

remoteshoppe (www.remoteshoppe.com) not only is a fantastic place to purchase these from, but offers a great side-by-side comparison of all the different models and differences. Jim is the owner and is a great person to do business with.
