I am an end user, retired engineer. I have 5 Niles systems in my home and I used to be able to program them all.
I have the progreammer and V1.6 of program.
My problem is that I cannot read from or to any of my MSU's. I have 2 programmer interfaces. They seem to communicate to the PC and will learn an IR command and send it out the port on the Intellifile. However it will not talk to the MSU.
Is there some kind of authentication that I forgot about or am I just SOL.
Any help or comments would be graciously accepted. Don't have the money to start again, and the wife likes what we have and can use it.

Perhaps the transfer cable has broken a wire? I can't think of any possible reason that 2 programmers and 5 MSU's all have something wrong with them.
