The Bose Cinemate is an Audio device, and the 6430 only controls TV, Cable/SAT, and Video (DVD) devices.  So the 6430 does not have a setup code for the Cinemate.  The URC-6440 can also control Audio devices.  With the 6440, the correct code is Extra 1933.

The most straightforward thing to do is to send an email to OneForAll support, giving them your remote model number and whether your Cinemate is a Cinemate II or not.  Explain which setup codes you've tried.
