I am programming a mx 450 URC remote to a URC RF wall dimmer and am having an issue. I did get the remote programmed to turn the ligths on and off, but I am not able to dim them using the remote. I tried multiple codes thinking maybe this code was wrong but it is the only one that works at all. The wall dimmer has full functionality when operating manually.

Any suggestions?

"It is the only one that works at all." That has me wondering... are you sure you've learned the IDs into the switch correctly?

Thank you for the reply. I did get this figured out. I used the 401 code, it did not turn the lights off when scanning codes. I used it because I seen it on another forum.

I used the 160 code originally because when scanning it turned the lights off, so I used it.

After reading some forums and wondering why I did not have scene buttons I began to wonder. I also tried the syncing process and it was not working using the 160 code.

Anyway a long story short I put the 401 code in, which gave me the scene button options and then went through the 8 second sync process and it is working.
