I know ViewSonic is known for having problems with using universal remotes. I've been using the original remote that comes with the TV and now it won't work. I can control my Comcast box with it but it won't work on the TV. Is there a way to fix it or is there a remote that can control both the TV and the cable box?

Never mind I got it to work again. For some reason, the TV responded when I set the remote to AUX but it doesn't work when it is set on TV.
