I have operated the Philips Pronto tsu9400 remote successfully with my home theater system for years. A few weeks ago, Comcast swapped out my existing cable box with a Motorola rng150n. Now my pronto does not communicate with the cable box. Alleged experts tell me that there now exists a difference between my old IR system and the new RF system. Can anyone explain the true nature of my problem and suggest a solution?
