I have a Sony tv and the stand By Timer light is flashing and my remote isn't working. I have looked up tons of compatable codes and none work. Can someone please help me? I have also tried unplugging the TV hoping it would re-set but nothing there either

The Philips URC support site (here) suggest these codes;
0414, 0902, 0801, 0708, 0639, 0816
If they don't work I would imagine the only alternative would be a replacement Sony remote.
