So I just picked up a new tv and my remotes Select/Ok button will not work. Everything but the Select/Ok works when using codes on their website but for some reason select/ok will not. anything i can do?

I have a hisense hd tv and a charter remote everything works but the ok/select button. Tried to do a keymove I moved the ok/select button to the tv source and the ok select lights up on tv source now but it still don't work my remote is the 1060bc3-0780-001-r
