I am new here so sorry if I am posting incorrectly. I have a Maxell SB-1 soundbar that uses a flimsy little remote control. It offers only limited functions and that is ok by me. But I want to control this device from my Android phone since the original remote is getting flaky. I have found an app called AnyMote and it offers support for a Maxell Soundbar that seems to work to control power on/off and mute. But there is nothing for volume up/down. Can anyone help me figure out how to discover what these codes are? The remote app can import .PR5 files (which come from another app called Touchsquid), LIRC, and PRONTO files. Maybe there is some what to infer the volume up/down from the known mute codes? Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much.
