Hi all, 1st post here. I am trying to understand the hex code [Link: remotecentral.com] and how to convert it for use by a computer. Am I to assume it could be as simple as converting it to binary? I am fooling around with a Dish Network model 2700 receiver. Any info that is provided me will be greatly appreciated.
