I have 93 iRIS 32SUTM607H Flat Screen TVs in my hotel. I am unable to find any information on the TV brand via the internet or original owner's manuals. I need some replacement remote controls and cannot locate anyway of purchasing. As well, I have tried numerous Universal Remotes with Auto Search capability and cannot program to these TVs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Information is indeed scarce, which makes me wonder whether iRIS is actually a genuine brand or a rebadge from, say, an obscure oriental manufacturer (I can find no mention of iRIS in the numerous Chunghop manuals I have).

I suggest you try making enquiries here, if you haven't already, or failing that have you tried a learning remote?

Of course the long term solution would be a program of replacement, but I'm assuming that's not, presently, an option.

Thanks for the info...I tried the link earlier and it states the remote is no longer available. It links out to a NLA Remote site that I inquired with to no avail. I have not tried a learning remote, due to cost, but that may be my only solution.
