AV INSTALLER Wanted (Philadelphia/NJ Market)

Our projects are primarily focused on high-end custom residential systems (Complex whole house AV/Control integration, online content delivery, Wireless Networking, Television mounting and concealment)
We are currently looking for home Audio Video Installers to join our Technical team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of RESIDENTIAL installation experience.

Applicants for this position should posses the following, Pay will be based on experience. We are also willing to teach a motivated individual!

The ability to lead and contribute to AV/Control system installations. Being involved in projects from its initial stages through to final installation/completion including providing client instruction and training.
Strong understanding of A/V fundamentals: need to know day one on the job

1 Ability to work with hand tools and hang a flat panel TV from start to finish
2 Cat 5 / Cat 6 termination ( you may be asked to do this during any interview)
3 RG6 Termination
4 Home Networking basics (setting up a home network)
5 HDMI Basic knowledge & limitations
6 Universal remote control programming ( We sell URC/Control4 )
7 Basics of multi room stereo systems
8 AV Rack design and wire management
9 snaking wires in a wall

Motivated, team players with a strong work ethic who have the ability to work without direct supervision and an aptitude for detailed work. Excellent communicator with a strong technical aptitude.

Background in consumer electronics and strong networking skills are preferred but not required. Familiarity with product lines including Control4, URC, Sonos, Sony and Marantz.

Applicant must be clean cut, no visible tatoos and willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
