More info: WORK INHERENT IN THIS POSITION:
Strategic minds always evaluating needs and with an eye toward the fulfillment of the following Tactical Objectives:
a) Keep project documentation up to date.
b) Develop and update technical resource material.
c) Develop list of products that would be good on all technicians vans that can be used to up-sell during installation.

Tactical Work as follows:
a) Take project documentation, fully understand the phase, and lead the technicians to get the project complete.
b) Coordinate subordinate’s work.
c) Be the point of contact for subordinates when they have questions on the project.
d) Provide on-the-job training to subordinate’s when you see fit.
e) Provide constant communication to Project Manager with timing updates, supplies needed, changes requested.
f) Ensure phase gets completed on time and on budget.
g) Quality control - make sure the project is completed to our quality standards.
h) Work with other trades to make sure all of our system needs are met. Be a team player - with us and our trade partners.
