Hello,
My name is Wayne Reses, Jr. I am a software developer who has always enjoyed planning and implementing A/V installations. I enjoy performing the actual installations, employing data conversion products (unique solutions) as may be necessary that I sometimes find in far flung industry A/V catalogs and other sources (if necessary,) optimizing the programming of remotes, and optimizing the programming and setup of home theater systems. I am a Crestron home automation and URC remote control programmer and am competent in setting up and programming the Homeseer home automation computer program. I am a skilled C# and Java programmer.
Involvement with technology in general and home automation and A/V in particular has been my passion for many years both for my own satisfaction and the satisfaction that I get when I set up systems for others. I am thoroughly familiar with the intricacies of the consumer electronics industry. I make the pilgrimage to the Consumer Electronics Show every year and I study available on-line literature and catalogs to stay abreast of each manufacturer's state of the art products.
I am from Philadelphia (I currently reside in Boca Raton) and have been looking for an opportunity to move back to Philadelphia. My current VOIP telephone number is (215) 463-3000.
My current system is a Yamaha RX-V3900, an Oppo BDP-83 Blu-ray player, a JVC D-VHS recorder (yes D-VHS), which is hooked to the Firewire output of my Comcast/Cisco RNG200N so that I can record and archive high definition tapes. Of course the cable box also records in high-def, but if it breaks and Comcast replaces it, I've been told that you lose your stored recordings. I have the usual large screen Sony flat screen TV, a Sony TC-K3ES cassette deck, which was Sony's finest deck until Sony stopped making audiophile tape decks.
I have my own transportation and a clean Pennsylvania driver’s license. Below is my "profile" listed in the "remote Central" forum:

My company and I specialize in scouring the trade shows (annual Consumer Electronics Show, for example), the printed trade journals, and any and all industry publications to make available to our customers not just the availability of the latest home automation products but a pledge to inform and make available to customers the evolving state of the technological art. We regularly meet with manufacturer representatives who are eager and willing to make us aware of their respective companies' state of the art products and services so that we can bring the totality of our experience to you. We sell all brands, work with licensed electricians (for running cables), and employ industry "best practices." You get the best when you buy from and establish a relationship with us. Wayne.

Thank you for your consideration.
