Hi

I am trying to configure my iPAQ to automatically connect via Bluetooth (using the LAN profile) to my PC.

So far I have successfully setup the BT network. Unfortunately I always have to initiate the connection manually.

My Goal is to use the iPAQ as remote control together with NETremote, Girder and IRtrans. I could use WLAN instead of BT, but WLAN uses too much power.

Does anybody know how to do this? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Flexi

See and try if this app works on your Ipaq:

It works great on my Pocket Loox 720, switching both bluetooth and wifi on and off automatically

Thanks Guido66

I will try this little utility as soon as I can :-)

Is it just turning on/off BT and WLAN, or can it also connect to a specific BT profile?
I have checked out the OzBT Website, but unfortunately I was not able to find an answer to this question there.

Thanks.

No, I don't think you can do that. It's just turning BT of WLAN on/off. Which is enough for me :-)
