Hi, after all the good words on here I bought TotalRemote for my 4150 Ipaq and it seems to be working fine on most of my devices. However the Satelite skin delivered with the software seems to be lacking the coloured buttons that we use so much to page up/down and connect to the (in?)famous 'red button' requests on the channels...

So does any one know of a skin thats been built for us UK Sky viewers?

Cheers Jon.

Hi, as a Newbie, is there anywhere on the web where I can get TR skins from, as I haven't had time to play with the skin design programme?

Programme works well apart from volume problem (see other topic) and very narrow angle of TR Audio Transmitter, it has to be looking directly at the device.

Thanks in advance

oops just realised it isn't a skin design prog, just a text doc of how the skins work, also now looked at earlier post which mentions skin availability.

So am I stuck with the standard skins with no way of editing or changing them easily, sorry if I sound a bit thick, just don't see how to edit them???

Steve

Er Steve, thanks for you input... ;-p Check the Grifin website as there is info on how to build skins on that and also some althernatives...

Back to the real topic of this thread:
Ive found the 4 coloured buttons on the TV skin, but still am looking for a skin with the functions to control my UK Sky box - has no one really ever bothered to make one...? surely someone can help?

Sorry Jon, didn't mean to change/steal your thread. :-) I thought it was about skins for UK Sky remotes, as I need 1 for Sky+ Pace V1 box, so I asked about modding skins to make 1.

Totally on topic. I don't know if they can be used, but there are several CCF skins and control sets on this website for Sky and Sky+. Can they be used, as I don't know much about them?

Look in files at the top of the screen, then look at the Pronto devices. There are quite a few in there that do Sky.
Try these
