Ultramote CF Error on Dell Axim, can ANYONE help??

I know its been documented before, however Ive never seen a solution to the problem people get using the Ultramote CCF IR Extender with WinPDA with the Dell Axim X5.
When turning the PDA on i frequently get the error message -
A CF card error has been detected. The system has entered sleep mode to prevent hardware damage

After clicking on X, the error goes away and WinPDA works fine, but its very annoying.

Has ANYONE gotten rid of this error??

To this day, I have still been unable to reproduce this error. I'm not sure what the cause is, and am not aware of a solution.

It's a problem with the Axim and ONLY those sold outside North America.

I'm in Ohio, bought my Axim from Dell awhile back and am using a used Electric Dog CF IR and get the same error... so it's not just for those sold outside North America.

Which model Axim?

Yours is the first report I've heard from N. America.
