Is it easy to program? I own a pronto now, will this be as easy as a pronto to program? Also, do you think it is necessary to purchase an IR extender. I have read on forums that can can shoot 15-20 feet. Also, how easy is it to use CCF files on the simpad with the wincesoft software. My unit cam with CE 3.0, do you think I need to upgrade to 4.1?

I'd love to pick up a SimPad but these things are still going for $250-$350 on eBay.

So how good is the Simpad or T-Sinus Pad with the built-in IR ?

I wanted to buy the Ultramote Extender, but they don't seem to be interested in my business. First, I just bought an extender, got a reply that my order couldn't be processed since its only sold as a combo with their software and I didn't provide a device ID. Then I ordered a software/extender combo (and provided a device ID generated with my old ipaq 3600) plus another extender. Received a registration key and once again a mail that my order can't be processed. How mad are they at cardonware, really ???
