As far as turning your ppc into a remote goes, what app provides the best visual quality possible, much like a pronto pcf file.
Standard pronto edit barely allows 8bit graphics, surely our ppc's can do better. Until we have a pcf emulator, whats the best?

I am not sure of this, but I think you can use Tonto to edit CCFs instead of PE and that it can use quality icons and that some of the programs can use the higher end CCFs
