Can anyone tell me if PDAWin is even worth the effort?
PDAWin.com doesn't seem to have a support forum and I can't find anyone discussing it in-depth anywhere--even here it seems to get limited attention (that I've seen so far).
I have PDAWin TV Remote installed on my iPaq 3970 and it just doesn't perform. It seems like it simply isn't sending the IR signal. Other RC software (Nevo) works fine.
Help!!!!
Thanks

It runs without problem on my 3970. Have you set the IR transmitter to internal?

There are lots of threads here about PDAWin. As far as I know, this is the nearest thing to a user community that you will find.
A personal opinion? PDAWin is (just) the best of the Pronto/CCF emulators out there. You can put together a pretty damn fine CCF, and for most things it works well. It ain't perfect, by a long way, but it does the job. But it ain't been upgraded for a year and support seems to be non-existant.
On the other hand. TotalRemote seems to have a willing and active supplier, who is in the process of bringing the product up to scratch, and by the next release (soon?) it may well be better than PDAWin.
