I can't get my Axim to dim the lights, everything else works fine. I even tried assigning hardware buttons(which was confusing). Any ideas? I tried searching w/ no luck.

PSAwin does not seem to like codes that have a repeat section. Where did you get the ccf hex codes from? learned or from another ccf?
Post a couple here and we can have a look at the codes.

I got them from a .ccf file, I currently dont have an RF remote that controls X10.
This is the Bright Code: 0000 006c 0002 000c 00a5 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 008f 0094 008f 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 002f 00fb 002f 00fb 01c2 0094 00a6 0094 002f 00fb
And this is the Dim Code: 0000 006c 0002 000c 00a5 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 002f 00fb 002f 00fb 008f 0094 008f 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 008f 0094 002f 00fb 01c2 0094 00a6 0094 002f 00fb

OK, will look at the codes, Was doing it now, but have to go work, someone jsut come in office. Will have a look again later
But try
0000 006c 000e 0000 00a5 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 002f 00fb 002f 00fb 008f 0094 008f 0094 002f 00fb 008f 0094 008f 0094 002f 00fb 01c2 0094 00a6 0094 002f 00fb
instead. Have changed the preamble to show no repeat info. Have not have a chance to try it on anything here.

Try...
Dim: 0000 0068 000C 0000 00AF 0092 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0034 00FC 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0096 0096 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0096 0096 0034 00FC 01CF 0093
Bright: 0000 0068 000C 0000 00AF 0092 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0096 0096 0096 0096 0034 00FC 0096 0096 0034 00FC 0034 00FC 01CF 0093
If you want repeating codes, change the first 4 words from 0000 0068 000C 0000 to 0000 0068 0000 000C.
The codes posted have a bogus initial sequence of 2 burst pairs comprised of a lead-in and lead-out with nothing in between.

Dave, I cant see what you mean about the posted codes having nothing in between them. I copied one of them into Tonto, removed the preamble from your code and added it to the end of the posted code, changing the preamble to suit. The wave form as displayed in Tonto for both your code and the posted code look identical???

It's easier to just have CodeGen™ generate them.
