I am using Total Remote on my IPAQ with the audio IR gizmo and when using a ccf, total remote continously repeats the ir commands. So this causes my TV to go on off on off ..... The only way out is to turn off the IPAQ.
Anyone having similar issues?

BTW, my IPAQ is a 3670.

Yes, I have the same problem, and it is a common one. When I have it happen it is not when using the gizmo, it does it with a iPAQ 5450 and using the built in IR. PPC 2003

No solution as yet. But apperantly they Total Remote development people are working on it

For me total remote disqualified itself with my yamaha equipment. It simply is unable to repeat properly.

I have tha same problem, sent an email to Griffin three weeks ago but no reply so far.

This is the major problem I'm having.
If this is solved I think that will help a long way.

Did you learn the code or is it from a CCF you downloaded?

If you post the CCF code (not the entire file) someone may be able to help.

this does not appear to be a ccf / hex problem as you may get using PDAwin TVR, but rather a problem with the Total Remote handling of ccf files in general.
Unless you know different? and have ccf files that do work with Total Remote? I was under the impression that TR was not able to use ccf files yet, at least not in a working form.

I cant work on this anymore, as I only had a trial copy of TR and this has run out, but never did get TR to work with any ccf file I tried.
I tried ccf files with code from varying sources: clean hex code produced with Make Hex, code that had been learned on a Pronto, code that I tried to get TR to learn and code that had been learned using PDAWin TVR. They all produced the same result. constant repeat of the IR signal

In all instances, it starts to tx the code, but the thing hangs, constantly repeating the code. If you look at the IR LED at this point using a digital camera, you can see the IR LED constantly flickering. To stop the repeat you have to either press another button or soft reset the machine.

This has been reported using the gizmo as well as using the built in IR.

This one is just a matter of waiting to see what Griffin come up with.
