I would like to create my proper CCF file by i don't know how to do this ?
I suppose i will need Photoshop or a soft like this ?

No you don't.
Unless you want to create totally new buttons.
99% of us using ccf files downloaded a functioning ccf file from this site (search for your equipment- there are files on loads of different brands)
You can choose the design that you like most. Search in "Original design Systems" for the "look" you like the most. Then you can use the buttons and relearn them with your own codes, or downlad other ccfs with exacly the brand matching yours. Then you can copy the IR commands from this ccf into the buttons of your own "good looking" ccf.
Original Files which are very well designed I recommend Daniel Tonks' or Dale Crawford's original design. Both are outstanding.
