Hi all,
Has anyone sucessfully integrated a PDA running the Xiva Tacta software with some sort of infra-red control.
I have an application where we have an infra-red sensor located in a second zone and I wish to have the facility of viewing the track info from the Imerge (via WiFi) and sending out infra-red codes to the sensor to control the input selection and volume.
Unfortunately we can't use a television or monitor in this room so the PDA seems like the best solution.
Integration of the IR and Xiva tacta needs to be seemless so the client can easily use it who isn't very computer savy.
Any help greatly appreciated,
Thanks.

Do not know if it will help, but have you tried Netremote? It allows remote control of IR devices over WiFi, an IR blaster connects to the remote PC, and you connect to the remote pc over your WLAN.
I know nothing about Xiva tacta, or Imerge, so do not know how it outputs any feedback, but take a look at the netremote site.
