simple question for you wiz kids can you assign marcros etc to the hard buttons and d pad on these PDAs using somethin like PDAwin?
like alot of people i guess i want to use then for volume cotrole and changing channels
while im at it do these butons send on push down or release. Its important for volume control ie hold the button down and volume increases all the way etc.

Robin you have to stop posting the exact same questions in multiple forums AND e-mail people on top of this. The answer to your question was already given yesterday on aximsite AND in an e-mail from me.
So be a little more patient!

your actually wrong it has not actually been answerd. yes the question of the amix has but the issue is still outstanding for the 2210. if im wrong about the 2210 then point me to the thread that stated that you can map the buttons on the 2210 to IR codes transmitted via pdawin and not nevo.
as far as posting thesame question on serveral forums whats your issue with that. it is quite possible that not everyone knows about all the forum sites and therefore i might get someone elses view.
the reason why i may have emailed you directly in the first place is that as a new person to some of these forums i wasnt sure how to post. none of the sites seem to give an idiots quide as how to use them. secondly if you didnt want people to email you why did you provide your email address.
on the whole these forum sites have been great and the people have given superb advise and i include yourself keld in that. I can only wish that the maufacturers ie HP, Dell and the creators of PDAWIN thought as much of prospective client as others on these sites and provided potential solutions
