I have been doing RC5200's and 9200's forever but i want to get a new color pda for use both at home for my theater and for work as a real pda. What is the best solution for a PDA? I looked at the dell and ipaq but how do these compare? Also is there a way to control my theater via 802.11 rather then rely on ir, either by going through some type of box connected to my computer or a stanalone piece which would only need a network connection? Sorry for my stupidity but the only dumb question is the one i don't ask, Thanks

if you want to use a ir-booster then check out axim.
ipaq needs a separate expasion pack to get a cf slot (bulky).

If you want to steer from the computer, check out the Netremote site www.netremote.org. Here you have great software (uses ccf files) but it doesn't work with normal ir.
