Does not work AT ALL using my Ipaq 3950. Griffin says they didn't test beyond the 3600 series. Wonder why. Looks to me it's a scam after all. Anyone like to comment?

I only tested it with the built in IRDA. I didn't like the functionality, so I didn't bother to look at the hardware.

There has NEVER been a time when we claimed support for only ONE Pocket PC... ever. The day the product was released it had been tested on 15 of the top PPCs of the day, and continues to get re-tested on select PPCs as they are released.
It has been tested on 3900 series both in development and by our customers. If you were unable to get it to "work" we may have to define what you mean by "work". The software runs, we can assume that much. You MAY have been able to sample a IR signal, but you didn't specify. You obviously cannot get some or all of the control over one or more IR-controlled devices, or you wouldn't have brought it up. Does it work on ANY device (VCR, TV, whatever)? Does it fail to work with built-in codes or learned codes, or both? Did you actually buy the product or are you using the demo? If you bought it, are you using IrDA or the included audio transmitter?
Etc., etc. Give me some info and we may be able to suggest options.
