Hello there....on a roll now....second new thread in 5 mins...:-)

Just a question regarding screen quality. Anyone out there who has used a number of PDa's.....I am particularly interested in the quality of the Axim compared to the Ipaq (generally believed to be the best of the PocketPC screens). I currently have a Jornada, my wife has an Ipaq, and the screen quality does not compare. So how about the Axim...how is that compared with the Ipaq....I look forward to hearing your views. All, of course, walk all over the Pronto Pro screen for quality!!......oops....controversial maybe.

Regards,

Andrew

I personally feel that the Axim screen is easily comparable to the quality of the Ipaq screen. If you have brightness set at a decent level, it looks just as good in most applications. The only difference I can tell is that the Axim screen is a LITTLE less defined in Horizontal orientation. Still looks good in landscape, but this is the only area that I feel the Ipaq has an advantage. Not a big problem, as 99% of software is not viewed horizontally anyhow.
