I apologize if I am repeating some of the subjects discussed in this forum before.
I want to make a PDA remote control which controls my PC (802.11b) for any subject (especially MP3, movies and such) and my home theatre system as well.
The PDA should have color screen and be cheap as possible as it will be used as a remote control only. 1. Which PDA should I use?
2. Which 802.11b support should I use (Compact flash, built in or any other?)? The PDA must be an RF remote control. Is there an SD 802.11b card (for Palm IIIc for example)?
3. I thought of using the PC to conrtol the system with IR and control that with the PDA. Any other suggestions?
