I have converted my pronto ccf to TS 6000 color ccf and loaded it into PDAWin. Most everything works except the device selection screen. When I switch devices I need two IR commands, one to switch the Meridian 568 (audio only) and one to switch the TV input via Net Command. I learn all the Meridian codes into one panel and all the Mits (65909) discrete codes into another.
When I push each individual button on these two panels, the Meridian and the 65909 switch perfectly. If I alias them to my start up device select screen they work sometimes but very intermittently if at all. I tried putting two alias's in the PDAWin startup screen, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I had similar problems, when I started using TVRemote over a year ago. I remeber that it had someting to do with the type of Alias you use, one works, one does not. But I can't remember what they where called in Pronto Edit since I am using Tonto now.
I only use Button aliases, and they work.

Hope this helps

Wilhelm
