I find that Nevo works perfectly, excellent range. PDAWin on the other hand does not seem to send a signal. Even if I stand within 1 metre. Nevo on the other hand will work at over 3 metres.
Any ideas?

Most people find 3m rather puny. PDA-ir will extend PDAwin's TV Remote Control range to well over 20m.

Thanks for the reply, but I think you miss the point. I don't actually think the iPaq is emitting any IR signal at all under PDAWin. I am using a CCF that I use with my Pronto, so I know the codes work. As it happens I also use X10 components with an IR receiver. Normally this box blinks when it receives a signal, with the iPaq and PDWin it doesn't. The other thing is that the iPaq works perfectly with Nevo.

Yes, I am using 5.4
Does the free download actually work, or do you have to pay for the full version for it to work?

Yes the shareware actually works. Perhaps you used Pronto Library codes in your setup? TVRemote is only able to reproduce lerned codes or RC5, I think.

I tried re-learning using the iPaq. Still didn't work. However, when I stopped all other running programs it worked. Perhaps it was Nevo that was causing the problem.
