Is there a problem using Omniremote with Panasonic DVD players (DVD-CP72) ? I can train buttons for my Panasonic receiver although I haven't tried them all but I can only get the power on/off for the DVD to train. The existing Toshiba DVD labeled (but it's really for a Panasonic) database from somewhere? does work on a lot of functions but is incomplete. I think it is imperative that this remote be able to learn. BTW, it seems to control my Sony TV just fine from 10 - 15 feet but the DVD player is more like 3-4 and the Panasonic receiver(SA-HE200) is more like 8-10 feet. I don't want to invest any more time (the money is far less relevant at this point) if it's just not going to control all of these devices.
