Is it possible to edit IR-codes in Nevo, like in Pronto? I have a Ipaq 5450 with Nevo.

Unless something changed since the H39xx, I don't believe you can edit codes or enter new codes directly. You can learn codes.
Have you checked the Nevo user manual? As I recall, it was fairly complete for the H39xx models. I have not looked at it recently.
Of course, you can always edit for your Pronto and then learn those codes from the Pronto.
