I sent this to Sky but I wonder if anyone in the forum can help with this:
I obtained the Sky Digital installation about 2 years ago. At that time, I programmed several of the "Music Choice" channels into my "Favourite Channels". They were then separate entries in the E.P.G.
However they are now lumped into one single channel number, and the protocol of the E.P.G. will not now allow me to delete them as "Favourites" as they are no longer listed seperately there.
Is there any procedure to allow me to do this, or will I have to initiliase my Digibox?
And if this is the case, how do I do initialise it, as there are no instructions for this operation in the user manual?
