I have spent the last month or so working on my CCF file.

I bought a Compaq PDA 3765, the CF Sleeve, IR Extender, and have been programming away for about a month.

I have 2 Sony CD Changers, (600discs) and two Sony DVD Changers – 600dvds

I have learned how to use super nude list, prontoini edit to allow for larger file sizes (supposedly), pretty much every tool used to create working panels for direct access to all of my media collection. I have created images of every one of my dvd’s, entered in descriptions of each dvd with the option to play that movie all on its own panel.

Tonight I was working on my commands to directly access my dvd’s and as soon as my file size got to 5,962kb, I get “Corrupt CCF” in my emulator. And I cannot load the CCF file into Remote Control 5.1

Is there a file limit?

I thought that since my PDA had 64mb of memory , I would be able to build my “ultimate remote”

I would be more than happy to share my ccf with the world if someone could look at it and tell me what I am doing wrong. I can even put the file up on a web site for fast downloads.

I am desperate……… Have I wasted all my time designing my CCF? Somebody please help me. I am ready to toss this thing into the garbage.

Seems like your CCF is way too large. I think you could reduce it by being more efficient with your layout. Might want to get the CCF Tools set by Olivier Couvreur and do a 'dump' to see if you have wasted space. Most memory is used by icons. Try to be consistent.

As for file size limit on the actual program, I really don't know. Sorry. Please report back. I just got my Axim today!!!! ;0)

Any progress on this, jesseasi? Is there truly a file size limit?

Just curious. Jay.
