I have the Compaq Ipaq 3765 using TV Remote Controller 5.1 by www.pdawin.com and the Compact Flash IR Extender by www.myelectricdog.com. I have had virtually no problem with this setup. I have created CCF files in Pronto Edit and have successfully run them on my PDA.

However, I have come across some glitches.

#1 Holding a button down – from what I have read, this is not possible. Has anyone found a work around for this?

#2 I have two 300 Disc DVD changers by Sony. The CX860 and the 875P. I changed the IR setting on the 875P to IR Set 3 and have had no problem programming the functions. Even the discrete power buttons work. However I cannot get the discrete power on the 860 to work at all. I have tried everything I can think of. Has anyone run into this problem?

Are there any incompatibilities with the CF IR Extender I have?

Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated.

About the repeat issue I have contacted PDAWin more than once. As you know, it is still not implemented. I really don't know what's so difficult about it. I think they are not interrested fixing bugs, especially if you already bought it.
Nevertheless I am hoping for the next version to support it.
One can allways hope...

Yeah, the no repeat issue is a real pain. I really wish they'd implement that. The only buttons that will repeat are the hard buttons.

I also wish the company was more responsive and communicative.

Hey, it's Christmas...tis the season of wishing, right?
