I take it that you can't use PEdit to create and download ccf files into PLite? If u can, how? If not, does anyone know if this is planned for the future. $20 for PLite seems very reasonable but importing from PEdit would make it fantastic. Also, does the IR blaster work with PLite?

I suppose that the 2.0 version will be customizable. Maybe Philips is testing its base software control with this "fix template". This software rocks! I was a fanatic of Omniremote, but PL is a best and more "sensible" remote software (IMHO)... and when it will be customizable, no limits!

Somebody can confirm any news of Philips ProntoLite future plans?

Is there a file on the Palm that I can delete in order to clear my taught buttons? Also, is it better to teach from the original remotes or from my Pronto?

Have any of the people interested in using the Pronto Lite software on their Palms tried the Omniremote Pro software.
Pronto Lite is a joke.
It has NO customability,NO macros, and no file sharing capabilites.

I have to agree with Danimal. With Omniremote, I can create all the buttons I wish. Import bitmaps to create backgrounds, buttons, etc. Wish I could post pictures to show some of my screens.

I just learned about Pronto about an hour ago. A guy at work can't get his remote to work (it seems fried). I showed him my CLIE NR70v with OmniRemote.

I've spent a couple days customizing my OmniRemote pages on the CLIE NR70V. I love it. It's a bit drab compared to the Pronto graphics, but you can customize the background bitmaps however you like, so I'll be spiffying that up soon.

Now you folks say that ProntoLite isn't customizable and probably wont be until a least the next version. If that's the case, OmniRemote is the only choice for me.
