Downloaded the update which wouldn't recognise the external CF transmitter (ghosted out in the options).
Went back to 5.0 and everything works fine.
Anyone else with similar problems?
Also still effing about my pace 4000 box failing to recognise menu, guide and direction buttons.
>>UPDATE<< now it's buffering commands again and is totally unusable!

Is it just me or is technical support nonexistance for TVRemote from the vendor?
I purchased the product and send several e-mails for support but get nothing in return.

You are correct. Before I purchsed the product I got replies to e-mails. After my purchase they did not seem to want to know me. I told them that I was disapointed that I had also bought the Electric Dog IR extender as well.
I was promised a refund on the software. Guess what, again a false promise. It looks as though their reputation is going downhill really fast.
I mentioned to them that updating their web site would help cope with their e-mail problem. If they so not get their act together fast in solving some issues (especially the H39XX IR problem) it could really damage their future.
