I was just browsing thru E-BAY and noticed that there is a vendor selling Palm 3C pdas for $125.
I realize there are much better screen displays out there,but if you are looking for a remote EQUAL to the Pronto PRO you can have it for about $200.
1)Palm 3C $125
2)Omniremote Pro software $30
3)IR repeater system $25-$50.
The Pronto Pro has ONE advantage in that it does not require a ir repeater system.
The Palm 3C has thousands of advantages,in all the other programs it can run,plus a far superior rechargle battery system compared to what the Pronto PRO has.
I am presently using this combination,so I speak from experience,it makes a great remote control.
