Right now you can ONLY get it preinstalled on the 3900 series.

Can I use the software on a IPAQ 3635
and where can i get'it from

You can use TV Remote Control software on the iPAQ H3635 and you can use PDA-ir in your CF slot to do Consumer IR (940nm, 40 degree, +50').

www.PDAwin.com for TV Remote Control software
www.myelectricdog.com for PDA-ir

Yes Anthony, I did get a H3970. I did not want to spend alot of time programming a remote so Nevo works great and suits all my needs (I have better things to do than design the perfect logo bitmap). My main computer is a Mac so I like to the ability to self-configure the unit. I have had the unit for a few weeks and not a crash yet, so I'm not sure what all the MSFT bashing is about. I use the PDA for much more than remote control. The screen is lightyears ahead of the color Pronto and I like the fact that it is bright (unlike the reviewer, to me it is never annoying). I barely have used any of the available memory at this point. I've added a database for all my CD's in the jukebox and will download the actual cover information when I have time in the coming weeks. Also ordered TV listing software but hasn't arrived (backordered?). Still haven't used Bluetooth so I'm not sure whether it is worth it over a 3950. I use it to control a whole-house system with two Russound 6.4L 6-zone amps, Adcom tuner, Nakamichi tape, Motorola decoder, two Sony 300 CD jukeboxes, DVD player and various room-specific TV/VCR/cable box setups. I had to learn most of the Adcom and Russound commands, but everything else was in the database. The Russound wall controllers all have IR repeaters so range is never an issue. In fact, a good thing is the IR specificity: The wall controllers don't respond when the device is pointed at the TV. This was a problem with the previous remote I used (I use digital cable boxes for both TV and piped in music so it was a pain when I was listening to music in my office and my wife was channel surfing in the bedroom!).
Other comments:I paid $500 on Ebay for the PDA....a bargain IMHO. Mynevo.com is so far worthless.
