I just downloaded/purchased OmniRemote and ORDesktop.
I'm looking for the pdb file for Denon 4800. Seems like there should be a section under files for us as well besides Pronto etc.

I am looking into this forum as I program Prontos but I have a Prism. I am idly wondering if there are any remote things I can do with it.

John, it is my impression after using this site for a couple of years that the whole thing is basically a volunteer effort. As such, the word "should" a bout what is in here is very inappropriate. If you said something like that in a heavily used forum, you would get hooted and hollered at.

Okay, so you wish there were such a thing. Maybe I will wish that, as well. But "should be," no.

Ernie: I did not find his post as offensive as you did. But I guess I interpreted it more like a wish list, then a demand. On the other hand I agree that there should be one, but I think the blame lies on the users and not this site or Daniel (and unlike Danimal's post I did not feel that John was pointing fingers). On the other hand seems would be a nicer way of saying it.

I "wish" there were a "PDA" file section also.
